      My identity ********** were used either in store or online by ******** ****** ****** (I filed police reports with the ********************************** when he broke into my mailbox to get my social security card I ordered after he already stole my wallet when we lived together), and he purchased iPhones on credit for him, his daughter, and his girlfriend, and continues to this day to harass me with different phone numbers and unknown/private calls, threatening voicemails, and social media. I have an active no-contact/order of protection against him, I also sued him for $5000 in small claims court which he hasnt been served with the judgement yet so I cant really do anything about it myself since Lafayette PD told me since he lives at ********************************************************* (********** Parish), they would have to arrest him for the three warrants he already has. I filed contempt of court and have my lawfirm *************** helping me, I dont know what much left I can do because he is doing everything to ruin my reputation and financial standing, even calling my jobs and complaining in attempt to get me terminated, and his girlfriend does the same, but she likes to call impersonating ***************************.

      On 8/21/24 I signed up for a credit freeze and when I went to download the 10-digit number that is needed to remove a Security Freeze it would not download and there was no way to obtain the 10-digit number. I called the number on 8/23/24 inquiring about the 10-digit number. Very difficult to speak to someone but finally spoke to a customer service representative. I was informed within 10 days I would receive the number in the mail. Almost 30 days later I still did not receive the 10 digit number. On 9/21/24 I followed the instructions to request the 10 digit number. I included name address social security number and Date of Birth. This was mailed to the address provided on their website:Security Freeze Exchange ************** NCTUE P.O. **************************** ************** It is now November 18, 2024 and I have yet to receive the 10 digit number. My credit is frozen for utilities which I did after I received notice my social security number was obtained by hackers. If I needed to obtain a new utility I would be unable because NCTUE failed to provide me the number I need to temporary remove the freeze. This is extremely inconvenient.

      I was signed up the service thru online and I had lost my 10 digits security pin and NO way to for me to talk them on the phone number they given. Only option is to write them letter to request new pin, per their phone message told me to provide them Complete name, Address, Social Security and date of birth. Which I did clearly did, 1st they didn't respond after couple of month or so, I wrote them 2nd letter. They respond with "We have received your request concerning your NCTUE security freeze. Unfortunately your requested did not include the following requires items". I sent them a 3rd letter with same responding on each letter I clearly included all requested items, complete name, address, social security and dat of birth. Now I in locked frozen mode I cannot obtain my utility and cannot get hold of them or to get new security pins to log into my account. PLEASE HELP.
