      My name is ***************************** ************************* we be going to the bank since Nov 14 of last year to pay our 2017 chevrolet camero of the pay off is 12 thousand my sister pass even doe she pass I have a court order stating I'm the administrator over my sister estate her name is ********************************** the car was never in my sista prosecution it alway was at 1560San ********** way address my sista never had to pay on it I have all of my receipts from the ***** time I bought the car until she pass me and my husband was going threw a divorce at that time ******* was my husband cosigner for me my sista came on a Wednesday November 9th to ask my husband to put the title in her name so Georgia power federal credit union can refinance the camero bye we was getting a divorce he told her yes bc she did him a favor bye cosigner for him he went that Wed the 9th of November sgin the title that 10th she went in the hospital on the 11 she pass that's the only way the car got stuck in her name if my sista was living today the camero would still be in my possession at ********************** there are 2 people at the bank new there name is ********** last name I don't have she do repo and ************** she do finance everything my lawyer tell me to go and just pay the car off they give me and my husband the run around and that's not professional they have been lying to us from day on the court sworn me in 2 months ago saying I'm the administrator and georgia power federal credit union has a copy of it and they have been look over it like it does not exist the car never been in repo status my sista told *************** she did not want the bank to sell it that she wanted me to have it bc we had the car for 3/12 year this year the car would have been payed off .when we go to the bank with the money they will call ****** or ***** but both boy are not the administrator over her estate ************************* is and I have the paperwork my sista die with out a will and power attorney so I. Over it.

      Yes on June 04 we paid our power bill but Georgia power had put out money towards a pre-paid account after I requested to remove that pre-paid account and they told us we had to wait 30 days which their cooperate office told me that they couldve stop it before 24 hours if the account isnt connected to pre-paid and which it wasnt and plus I loaded $20 on my bill at 7:42 Am on 08/21/2023 and my money disappeared from my account every time we load the account with funds the usage goes up I have requested to speak with supervisors or several occasions but they refuse to get me a supervisor which is against my rights
