    I purchased a home from this builder and closed on May 4, 2021. I have a punch list of items that are still not done after nearly 17 months of owning this home. I also did a one year walk through with this builder's representative and there has been no follow up after that. Despite asking for meetings with the builder in the past, he has never met with me and only communicates randomly through his people who do nothing for us. We also have a fireplace that the builder installed that is not usable because it is installed wrong, and the wall surrounding it gets too hot. I believe it is not up to code.

    Purchased a Townhome (current address) from this builder in March of 2021. Had extensive issues related to construction and sub contractor quality. Purchased the home for $1,000,000. Builder has never met with us post closing or returned calls to respond to issues and punch list items. We have 5 other neighbors that are going through the same issues. We are now on month 18 and none of the punch list items from another walk through 8 weeks ago have been addressed. We also believe the **** system was installed incorrectly. Issues with plumbing, paint, street cracking, sewer cap support cracked, no landscaping maintenance etc.. have not been addressed and we still do not have any commitment or communication to resolve. They are currently building 8 more units with the same issues, debris, multiple complaints to ********** on trash, 6 flat tires due to no clean up at work site, etc. Looking for help before this cost us more $$ to file a law suit.
