    Custom suit was ordered on 3/9/2025 with a firm in hands date, and was advised the garment would be ready for an event.Attempted to reach the team at Suit Supply >30 times via several different methods with no response or followups.After 6 requests for followups, I was finally contacted by management the day prior to in hands to notify that they would provide another suit in stock for alterations.Verified there was no issue with the order and was not updated. Changed travel plans to pickup the suit and was advised it was not available upon arrival.After requesting a credit and refund I left the store with a guarantee of refund, but that it was in process.The suit is now at the store and I have not received my refund.I had to frantically find a suit same day causing me additional cost and personal damages due to their inattentive customer service, unresponsive team, and paper thin guarantees.
