    I attempted to cancel this service through the membership platform and also by emailing. Not only was the cancellation not honored the first time, then it was not honored a second month after emailing, contacting on instagram and trying to call, and then I was RE-ENROLLED by their platform without my consent and charged AGAIN. THIEVES.

    Around November 2, 2023 I purchased a credit accelerator program from the my life or debt website. I was initially given an account and logging information. However, shortly after I was removed from the discord group and came to realize the company had created two websites. I noticed this problem because I tried several times to login with my information and was able to locate both sites, one of which let me login. Upon logging in the company did not send me the accelerator program or access that I paid $350 for nor did they send me the book that I paid $80 for. I have sent the company more than five emails as well as messages on social media and received no response.

    On 10/03/2022, I saw an ********* post and purchased (4) digital products in the amount of $134.82 (order #****) from the Business Owner/Loan Broker of MyLifeOrDebt, Mr. *************** I purchased: Business Funding Masterclass; Get Funded without your SSN. All you need is your ********* ($63.96), Who's The Boss: How to Get Over $1 Million in Funding Without your SSN ($23.96,) Amazon FPB Kit: Suppliers, Logistics etc. ($29.95), and BOOST your Credit Like a BOSS: Your Step-By-******************* ($16.95). Each time I attempted to download the items, I received error messages and could not access my purchases to download them. I received multiple email updates for the courses I purchased but the links always gave me error messages. I contacted the business owner, Mr. ************** via email and on ********* on 8/13/2023, 8/19/2023 & 10/08/2023 regarding my issue and asked for access or a refund. I have provided several screenshots of the error messages and nothing has been resolved. I am asking for a refund because I do not have access to what I purchased and am getting nowhere with the business owner.

    On August 7, 2023, I purchased a course from mylifeordebt.com. Upon reviewing some of the initial information, I was dissatisfied with the course. I went to the website to see what the refund/return policy is for their products. According to their website, if a customer requests a refund within 7 days of purchase, they will be refunded within 14 days from the date of the request. On August 10, 2023, which is within the 7 day grace ******* I emailed the contact email listed on the website to request a refund. According to their policy listed on the website, my request should have been processed no later than August 25, 2023. It is August 30, 2023, and I have yet to receive my refund or any communication in response to my original email. I would like my refund to settle this matter. If there are no refunds, they should not be intentionally misleading customers with this information listed on their policy.
