      I had two packages coming from ********* Same tracking number and to be delivered the same day. Well I get one package the second says a delay. OK fine I understand but then the next day it says company information and or my mailing address is wrong. So I called ups which number one is such a hassle because they dont list the phone number anywhere on the website you have to ****** it they only want you to do a virtual thing online. Then when you call you have to scream at the automatic thing to talk to a real person. Once I did they kept changing their story... so your sending my package back to the sender but you said you dont have the company info. Now how's that make sense so then who and where are you sending it. Then I asked for them to verify my address she does Then I said so why wasnt it just brought to my house oh because your address was wrong... but you just verified my address! Now shes telling to calm down but you couldn't make heads or tail of what your telling me. So when I asked for a manager I was also given the run around about that too. This is beyond ignorance and then being told they can't stop the package to just go ahead and bring it me. It was just a headache all the way around if a solution would have been given it wouldn't have been so bad but I just kept getting lied to. Ups honestly is such a joke!

      I attempted to print one return label and while on the self serve computer looking up my email password it timed out but charged me $3.00 although I didnt gwt to print the label. I left the store and after returning home saw a $20.00 charge on my card. I called UPS and was told that they placed a $20 hold on my card to make sure there was enough money to cover the purchase I never made, and that it would take about 5 business days for them to release the funds back to my account! The ********************** emoyees and the corporate customer ********************** *** who i contacted were both very rude and condescending. I was a frequent customer at the ******************************************* for many years but their customer ********************** and business practices have gone way downhill within the past year. I will not utilize the UPS Store any longer

      Sometimes my packages are late and Sometimes they don't get to me at all but at least they don't have stool on them

      A package was shipped with UPS and supposed to be delivered to me today. 7/18 got a notification that it's in ****** but delayed till Monday The 21st due to weather. I am 12 miles away and we have had nothing but hot sun for over a week. How is this due to weather? I called customer ********************** and was told repeatedly after waiting on hold for an hour from the woman who initially answered, to a gentleman that kept saying it wouldn't be delivered till the next business day. Based off of this I won't be making a habit of using UPS unless I don't have an option. Hour long wait holding and no real good explanation why package is delayed is unacceptable.

      UPS claims my package was delivered but it was not delivered to me. I have spent a good part of my afternoon trying to get help with this problem from UPS but all alleged help avenues are dead ends. No help to be had from UPS.

      I had been waiting on my package over the delivery time, but then I learned that the driver lied and said that I refused the package. Therefore, they sent my package back to the sender. Im very disappointed with UPS and for the driver to make up such a blatant lie!

      I'm extremely disappointed with how UPS has handled my recent lost package case. The item, shipped by an overseas seller, was not insured-but that does not excuse the lack of due diligence on UPS's part. I opened an investigation which was closed prematurely without any meaningful follow-up or resolution. I was told the investigation ended due to "insufficient information" about the package contents, yet I was never contacted to provide any clarification. I have been trying to speak with someone for weeks, calling repeatedly with no success.The inability to reach a live representative is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.Additionally, I was informed by someone within UPS that if a package is uninsured, the investigation may be dismissed simply to avoid the cost of looking for it. If that's true, it reflects extremely poor business ethics. It feels like the company counts on customers giving up rather than actually taking steps to resolve the issue. I've spent thousands of dollars on the goods that were lost, and it's deeply frustrating-and frankly disingenuous-for UPS to lose the package and not even attempt to locate it properly. This experience has shaken my trust in your service and needs immediate attention.

      My package from BarkBox has been in **********, DE since 7/9! I live 30 minutes away. I called UPS and never got an answer about why the package remains there. I am beginning to suspect that someone working the warehouse took the box home to their dog! So disappointed.

      Ups is the worse delivery company on the planet. They have lost more packages than have delivered. I absolutely hate ups and wish nothing but the worse for the company and employees. They lie and say they tried to deliver my package but I have cameras showing they never even stepped foot on my street. Then I call and confirm the address only for my package to never arrive and get a message saying my address is incorrect . UPS is trash!!!!

      Package is 2 days late says it will be here today between 12-2. Its 7:50pm and no package. Guy pulled up in ups van sat outfront looking in the back then left.
