I paid $17,910 upfront to Peachtree Dentures and Implants for a zirconia implant arch. They advertised start to finish (and other false claims) with same dentist. They failed to complete a successful prosthesis and emailed me a false claim for dismissal after a year and a half. 5th dentist, *************** threatened patient that he would not proceed if she did not accept the November, 2025, prosthesis. He indicated dismissal rather than have any further (needed) revisions. Revisions and errors are/were documented. They (******** or dentist Wongk) made no effort to complete the dental service or offer payment to cover the cost elsewhere. They refused to identify owners/members of Peachtree Dentures or disclose their relationship with a DSO (dental services org in **) providing all employee staff and equipment, overhead, etc. This practice has a business license but no appearance of a dental practice license or any mechanism to insure supervision. They inexplicably used 5 mystery dentists following the disappearance of the only GA licensed dentist I consented to. Total lack of transparency as to departing staff, non-PDI related dentists, dentist ids, etc. False and misleading consent paperwork initially, inaccurate chart notes, ignored treatment plan agreed to. Fraudulent consent for services, inadequate record keeping. Failure to produce records, lab notes and communications, orders to/from lab(s), including in house (dentures only) and undisclosed Prescott Dentures owned ********** in *******. Bottom line: They falsely advertised their assets, services and business structure both before and after my experience. They lacked experience with zirconia and cosmetic restoration in general, failed to disclose issues with lab and lab technician departure. Patient relied on their advertising as to expertise in both phases. Patient still has non permanent prosthesis not meant to last. Estimate for completion is $12k. *** is Shared practice Group. Pyramid scheme.

    Business Response

    Date: 05/06/2025

    To Whom It May Concern,

This letter is in response to the complaint filed against Peachtree Dentures and Implants, LLC (the Practice). We respectfully deny all allegations made.

The patient received care aligned with the agreed-upon treatment plan and the standard of care. The licensed dentists who participated in the patients treatment acted within their legal and professional scope. The patient was not dismissed without causetreatment was discontinued after ongoing refusal to proceed with a clinically appropriate prosthesis and repeated breakdowns in communication.

All records were maintained appropriately, and requests for documentation have either been fulfilled or are in process. The Practice is fully licensed and compliant with all regulatory requirements; there is no obligation to disclose internal ownership or staffing structures beyond what the law requires.
We regret the patients dissatisfaction, but the claims made are inaccurate and unfounded. The Practice acted in good faith and remains committed to ethical and professional care.

    Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because it is both false and misleading - as was the dismissal letter in February and claims by Dr ***** and/or others in written entries.

This response is additionally false as to any claim that requests for records has been satisfied.

Other remedies are being pursued (against ********, and Dr. *****) in regard to a solution that fairly benefits the patient.

    Sincerely,

    ***** *******
