    Terrible business practices.At my primary care doctor's recommendation, I requested an appointment to have a cyst removed. They lost the appointment request, so when I called to confirm earlier this week, they said no appointment was on file. No worries they said, and happily scheduled me an appointment for today. They charged me for a full office visit and evalutation. However, after confirming with me that I was there to have a cyst removed in about 5 seconds, the owner of this business said she would be happy to schedule to have the cyst removed as it would take "20 minutes" and even though there was no one in the waiting room and appointments are on a 15 minute basis. (For what it's worth it doesnt really take 20 minutes to scalpel and squeeze a cyst.)So I just paid $50 out of pocket and my insurance was billed for who knows how much all so that I could drive across town and waste my afternoon. No service was provided to me other than attempting to schedule an actual service, and i feel totally scammed. Paying $50 and wasting my day to have a glorified scheduling interaction.Clearly they knew what i was requesting but wanted to squeeze me for another visit
