      This clinic insists on billing me for a no show fee At one point call was made to inquire services. However, an immediate phone conversation (*****?) was told that they do not accept ********* Thus, she said she will cancel any set appointment and I should not complete any paperwork sent to me via an email to officially begin process. I did not see any email. I did not have an appointment so no cancellation apply and no fees to be charged. ref MRN: ****** PMS ID: ******************

      I had mole removal at this location, which I paid $200 out of pocket for since they told me insurance doesn't cover it. They then billed my insurance after I informed them I'd be self pay (a term I know from working in healthcare) and now are billing me monthly for the insurance deductible, which they are not due because I was self pay. I talked to them over the phone earlier this year to try to resolve, but the appropriate person "wasn't available".I didn't return for the 3 month follow up visit because I hadn't cleared up this issue, but there were moles that didn't respond to treatment, which I understood would be re-addressed.This procedure was on January 7, 2022.
