  The owner of Perspective Designs and Renovations ***** ***** perceived himself as a great contractor in business for 4 years. Who would build my family a quality continuance of our enclosed patio. Mr. ***** asked for more than half quoted amount upfront. The in middle of project stated he an his family were going on vacation and demanded more monies. He received approximately 80% of quoted price. Mr. ***** never returned to complete project. Could not perform a portion of project so wanted to have another vender come and complete the entire project. I told him we contracted with him. He then wanted an additional $1750 before he would return. I had many problems with Mr. ***** prior to this he damage property to my home installed a slanted and sagged structure and informed me he used the best material including DVL to hold up the roof which was not factual. He placed the structure outside of the desired area causing issues with my HOA WITHOUT my authority. He acknowledge the structure was slanted. Asked why he did not tell me prior to starting it could not be avoided, no answer. I had two other contractors who initially bid on the project come by and review. I was informed Perspective *********************************************** did not use correct LVL material causing the sagging. Out side material was not correct for outdoors and had to be replaced. Had to install additional beams to support the additions and bring structure within code. Shingles were installed improperly as well. Total nightmare costing the family thousands of dollars in additional cost to make the project right. Consumer be aware this your man is a fast talker will answer quickly and have you believe he knows what he is doing. We are sick over what he did to us!
