      ******************************* the owner of Monshe Benet is a SCAM ARTIST!!!. We met with Monshe Benet 2/22/23 in advance for our son custom prom suit and paid a deposit of $350 on 2/21/23. Once it became closer to picking up merchandise. The excuses started as to why we could not meet on said dates. My son and I were so very upset for weeks/days leading up to his prom(4/28/23) that he could not enjoy different activities that seniors ****** It has been a total nightmare with this company trying to retrieve a refund without ANY luck. Weve ask ******************************* of Monshe Benet (via text) SEVERAL times for a refund of monies due to service NOT provided. He stated that we had to wait until his wife can transfer money from the business account, He was busy, Today is Sunday and he is resting with his family. Those were just a snap shot of some of excuses that were given. Its really too many to type. Today is **** 5th,2023, We have not receive any refund to this date!We are in the process of taking him and this company to small claims court for damages. For all the headache and heartache that was endured. I advise any/everyone to stay clear of this individual and or this company. Your money will be taken and the custommerchandise that youre expecting to receive will not be delivered as promised.
