    Had a hearing test with Advanced Ear Nose Throat Allergy on 11/02/2023. When i arrived was asked and paid my $25 Co-pay. Several days later i received a bill for $90. I called my insurance provider ***** and asked why they did not cover the extra $90. They said it was for an extra service which they would not cover. I had no idea what that service was I called Advanced and asked what the extra $90 bill was for and they responded "an office visit with the Dr". I did recall after the hearing test i was asked to see the Dr, he showed me the results the test and said i was fine. (Two minutes) I asked the billing **** why I was not advised of this extra uncovered charge and why they did not check to see if it was covered and was told they did not have the time nor man power to check. They just charged a 78 year old man on a fixed income. I would like BBB to have Advanced drop this charge
