This business is closed. However, they still charge me monthly each month for the coverage plan. There is no way to cancel other than dispute the charges with ********** even though I have changed my cc number since enrolling in this. The fees have to be traceable and we should be able to hold the responsible party accountable.

Around 2019 I started using Lifeline Phone Repair whenever I had an issue with my phone. The team was always helpful at the **************** location. Because of good experiences I enrolled in their phone protection plan in early 2020. Around mid-2023, someone from Lifeline Lifeline. I have been paying $13.90 per month since March 2022. In December 2023 I called to cancel my subscription and discovered their *********** location is also closed, however I continued to be billed for my subscription. I called many times and left voicemails to no response. I attempted to contact via email and social media to no response. Their website is defunct. I disputed the $13.90 charge to my credit card company in December 2023. I continue to be charged for this subscription each month including and up through May 2024. Each time I dispute the charge with my credit card company but they advised me there is no way for them to block the recurring charge. Lifeline now clearly lists on ****** that all their locations are closed and out of business, yet they continue to charge me month after month with no consequences for their fraudulent business practice.
