      Insight global is a fantastic way to waste 35% of my paycheck. It just magically disappears into their coffers. What do I get in return? Lower wages, worse benefits, and a company culture that consists of 'we're here to do as little as possible.' Some other fun features are: - getting paid less than promised - getting trained by other IG contractors that also got trained by IG contractors that never got trained!- **************** that's just enough to make you stop trying to take care of yourself - Client bosses that see you as disposable - IG bosses that see you as a product to be sold but not cared for.- obnoxious surveys asking 'how did we do' regularly so that they can continue to do worse!- leaving your job the moment you actually feel like you understand it. And many more things that make you 'Part of the team!' Because here at insight global, 'we sell people!' /s
