    I purchase this high end ticket where there was no food as other suites as said. There was no first row seating because I got there and a lot of kids was all in the front row. I talked to the staff and it was said all tickets say front row. I paid for suite service and nobody was even out front at our door like other suits. Our private bathroom was nasty and Im like what kind of seat is this? I sat in 4th row and had horrible site for concert. This is not right and false advertisement. I want a refund as my head hurt all night because these kids kept screaming all night. Like I got this ticket for adult company and not to feel like Im in a sky box at a ***** Montana show. It was the worst experience for such an expensive ticket. I am short so I got front row for a reason. You cant say front row and I am in the fourth. No I want my money back

    This was by far my worst experience ever at a falcons game. I took my wife to her first ever falcons game on 9/29/24 upon arrive at my seat I was told you need a wrist band to sit in the seats that I paid for. I was then directed to general Admission sitting. After sitting down I went to the bar to get a drink upon arriving back one of your staff members got into a headed argument with my wife accusing her of holding my seat which I had just left to get a drink. One the issue is over the staff member continued to disrespect my wife with the fans. She was talking rude and cursing at my wife. Many fans wondered this and spoke to the lead over the section. The lead then had us escorted out the game within the first quarter do I paid 700 to get disrespectful and kicked out a game due to a altercation with your worker. I need to be composted or explained why we were ejected when we had several witness speaking that your staff member continued to escalate the situation. We also n spoke to ******** who was the lead over the section he resolved the issue with him but the female staffer continued to show disrespect and aggression towards my wife. As a veteran and active falcons fan this is unacceptable for my wifes first experience. I need to be contacted at ************ Thank you ********* *****

    8/14/23 Attended ******* Concert at the Mercedes Benz Stadium Paid ******* for 2 concert tickets.At Venue entrance -was targeted by security for 2 small pocketbooks. 1 was collapsable and both were shoved in pants pockets when advised they were "too large" per policy. Security person decided to single me out and press that "MY" bag had to be thrown away. The other bag was allowed.Relenting 1 bag was thrown away when not offered a chance to store and retrieve. The other bag was checked and allowed to fit in a pocket clearing entrance. Out of no where while up an escalator getting to seats a decision after thought was made and we were chased up an escalator. Humiliated yelled at and taken to an area for a "talk" with a senior security person. We were told that the pocketed bag needed to thrown away or concert could not be attended.I flew to this venue I paid a lot of money I missed some of the concert already I was humiliated ******* The bag was pulled from the pocket and thrown away Not necessary I tried to recover from the losses and move on as best as I could

    I am requesting a refund for all of my tickets I purchased for a ************ concert that occurred here on 9/21/23. I bought 3 tickets on 9/13/23, which totaled to $911.95. I am requesting help from the BBB because while I have sent them multiple e-mails and have called about 25 times, no one at Mercedes-Benz Stadium has tried to help me. I have not received a response, & not even an apology. I am requesting a refund because I am an avid concert goer and never in my life have I experienced such an unorganized, unsafe, and disappointing concert. Although my party and I arrived on time to the show, we ended up missing the opening acts completely & we missed about half of the main acts show because of this stadiums disorganization and incompetence. Although all the sections were able to go into the stadium seamlessly, people with floor seats had to go to a separate singular gate where we had to form a line, which was the most disorganized line Ive ever seen. Everyone was crowding around each other, pushing and shoving each other, leaving little to no room to breathe. The security guards were not doing a single thing about it, even when they knew we were in hazardous conditions. It is very disappointing to pay to have floor seats, being told and believing that Mercedes-Benz Stadium is going to help you have a great time, help you get in seamlessly and safely, and that youll be able to have a better view than in other places based on the seat selection and price paid, just to be put in hazardous conditions and have an anxiety attack because of everyone crowding around me and the stadium doing nothing about it. Even though I came at the time I was supposed to I did not receive the services I paid for & the health of myself and my family members was put at risk because of the stadium. I paid to see the show in its entirety and did everything in my power to do so, but this did not happen due to things that were not in my control. I have video proof of the chaos if needed.

    Date: Saturday, June 17, 2023 Time: 4:45pm I was attending an event at the stadium, the advertised parking price for the event was $15. When we arrived to the location, we were told parking is now $40. And if we didnt like it we couldnt go to the event. Afterwards, many attendees voiced on ******** that they too were swindled out of $40 instead of the correct charge of $15 for parking. This is not acceptable and a known problem of this stadium. The direct vendor qebsite shows parking for all lots at $12.30

    I lost my phone and couldnt remember my seat number. No one would help me find my seat. The guard followed me around and when I tripped on my skirt he grabbed my arm and said I was drunk and leaving. I needed to find my daughter. He wouldnt let me find her or take me to lost and found to see if my phone was there. He called for back up. 5 guards surrounded me. Police came and handcuffed me. Hurt my elbow. Its still messed up and left bruises on my biceps and wrists. They drug me to the exit. I had to Sit outside the gate and wait for my daughter to find me. I wanted to get back to my seat. How are you going to rectify this situation? Its not like *********************** is coming back to *******. I had an acute IBS attack and they were waiting right outside my stall. I have two bulging external hemorrhoids now. I was told by several workers there that they needed to meet their quota for selling alcohol and no one was drinking like at a normal concert. Your people were bored and let their egos get in the way with mostly women who waited in lines way too long in bathrooms that were changed to womens. There was 3 stalls and 10 urinals. Some ladies were escorted out for using the mens. Again. Not okay. If MB cant handle a mostly female crowd that is high with delight for seeing this artist then it should graciously bow out. My attorney advised me to file a report with you and also with Internal Affairs city of ******* police department and they have been In contact with me. What will the policy be if you dont have your phone and cant remember your seat? What if I was 15? Why havent you addressed this situation already? I have also sent this complaint directly to *********************** and her management team. You Might not do the right thing but I can almost guarantee that ** will not perform in your stadium again after she hears about how you treated her fans, like thugs. You should be outraged and embarrassed by the actions of the police and the security guards.

    December 17, 2020 my wife and wanted to purchase tickets to a game. When we arrive to the stadium to purchase tickets. We were told that the game was sold out, but we could purchase tickets from a online third party vendor. We thought to ourselves why would we have to purchase tickets from a third party vendor online if the game was supposedly sold out? I saw older individuals and people who didn't own smartphones or not tech savvy have to leave the game because they had no knowledge of using a smartphone. I also did not like being lied to about the availability of tickets and instead being led to a vendor to processing fees and higher cost when there were seats actually available to be sold without going online and paying a processing fee.
