    My experience with X3 Sports has been extremely disappointing and frustrating, and I believe their business practices are unethical and unfair to consumers. Despite being assured by an employee that the cancellation process would be simple, I found it to be exceedingly complicated and obstructive. The customer service team was unhelpful and lacked empathy, showing no consideration for my situation. It is clear that X3 Sports is more interested in retaining payments than providing quality service or support. Furthermore, the employee misled me about the cancellation policy to secure my membership, which is both unethical and deceptive. I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate X3 Sports for their unfair practices and to take action to protect other consumers from similar experiences. This is ridiculous and I don't understand how this business is still running.
