    On 12/7/2023 I paid $25 to reserve an appointment for an eyebrow tattoo.On 12/12/2023 before the appointment I was charged $150 Upon arrival for the appointment 12/12/23 I was told to pay additional money for the service. I felt uncomfortably with the service provider and whole situation so I requested to cancel the appointment.I was told I would receive a refund, but they could not refund partially and need a payment of $75 as cancellation fee.After a few days and no refund I contacted to the business and they blocked me. I attempted to dispute with my credit card company and KOB Studio falsely claimed I was provided a tattoo. Although I have proof of canceled appointment.Nothing in their emails or on the website at the time stated I would be responsible for full payment for cancellation. I am willing to be responsible for a cancellation fee however asking for an additional $75 and not providing the refund of $175 is excessive and a scam.
