    4/20/2025 I ordered 50 party wings and when I received my order they were naked not fried. Contacted the restaurant spoke with **** advised I am bringing them back this is not what I ordered. He said he could not take the food back and advised I would have to request refund online. I requested refund online received a message stating they would not refund me my money was not satisfied with the order. The website said best fried food and no where online did it say the wings would be baked. I asked **** how do I find that information on the website he said I was just supposed to know this. This is the reason that you should take big orders over the phone.

    I went there 5/25 at 5:10 order 2 chicken dinners 2 drinks and a cake. Got home opened my door and a long piece of hair was on my chicken. I immediately called jjs. Some girl answered and told me the manager was not available call back. I called back and other girl answered told me I could tell her whats wrong the manager is not available before I could her she hung up in my face. I called back a man Im guessing the manager answered asked me what I wanted to ordered. I told him the issue and he hung up in my face. I called again a different lady answered and told me bring the food back with the receipt. I told her I stay in ****************** I cant bring the food back today, she said if I dont bring it back I will not get a refund. She asked me what kinda hair it was. Never no apology or nothing.I asked her for corporate number she told me Im speaking to corporate and they wasnt going to do nothing anyway and then she hung up. I have never been so disgusted with a business in my life. This restaurant should be investigated. I wish a had paid with my card so I coulda disputed the charge. I want my money back from this business. This is nasty
