    I am writing to formally file a complaint against Planet Fitness regarding the cancellation of my membership without prior notice or explanation at their **********, ******* location on May 12, 2025.On this date, my membership was canceled by the manager, *******, without informing me that this action was being taken. I received no prior warning or communication, which has left me inconvenienced as I now need to find a new gym unexpectedly.Additionally, I was recently charged an annual fee, which I believe should be refunded given that my membership was terminated without my consent or prior notification.I kindly request that Planet Fitness refund my annual fee and provide a clear explanation of why my membership was canceled without my knowledge.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt resolution.

    I SIGNED UP FOR A GYM MEMBERSHIP HERE AT THE BEGINNING OF 2023 THAT WAS $24.99 EACH MONTH. A COUPLE OF MONTHS AFTER, I FROZE MY ACCOUNT FOR 3 MONTHS DUE TO ME HAVING SURGERY, I WAS NOT SUPPOSE TO BE CHARGED DURING THE FREEZE, BUT I STILL WAS CHARGED FOR EACH MONTH. THE MANAGER NAUTICA ADMITTED THAT SHE MADE THE MISTAKE AND APOLOGIZED REPEATEDLY AND SAID THAT I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED THE FOLLOWING MONTH WHILE MY ACCOUNT WAS ON FREEZE. FAST FORWARD, I WAS STILL CHARGED THE FOLLOWING MONTHS. SHE STATED THAT SHE DOESNT KNOW WHY I KEEP BEING CHARGED AND FORWARDED ME THE ***** TO HER REGIONAL MANAGER ****** TO HANDLE THIS SITUATION. I REACHED OUT TO HIM AND HE STATED THAT THE ONLY THING THAT HE CAN DO IS EXTEND MY FREEZE AND NOT GIVE ME A REFUND. THAT IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE!!!! THE TOOK MONEY WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION BUT WILL NOT REFUND IT EVEN THOUGH THE MANAGER NAUTICA TOOK ACCOUNTABILITY FOR HER MISTAKE! THEY DO NOT CSRE ABOUT DOING WHATS RIGHT! I WILL BE TERMINATING MY MEMBERSHIP IMMEDIATELY AS WELL AS REACHING OUT TO THE BBB AND WHOMEVER ELSE! COULD HAVE HAD A LIFETIME CUSTOMER BUT INSTEAD YOU CHOSE TO STEAL! I ALSO HAVE RECORDED CONVERSATIONS ADMITTING TO THEIR FAULT! I HOPE IT WAS WORTH IT!!!
