    Our family was charged after the billing was finished. X3 has been giving our family the run around for a from 6/16 until today. Today a rude manager lied and stated the charge was valid. Which is a lie.

    Member was charged for 12 invoices as agreed on within the signed agreement. Member was notified of the pastdue balance by X3 automatic account notification, via calls, and from our 3rd party pastdue collections agency. Unfortunately, all notifications were either left open with no reply or the member has abruptly ended the call. All declines were due to insufficient funds as seen in the attached documentation, however, once the funds became available the balance was withdrawn. This was all explained to the member but the location General Manager, but the member was not satisfied with the answer and ended the call yet again.
