    We contracted Bertolli Floors for hardwood floors and carpeting. We paid for this work in full and on time and as expected. After the work was completed, we spotted coverage issues and items that needed to be fixed (weak railing, item stained with their material on carpet, etc.) that required their attention. We've been in touch with *****, one of the owners' multiple times to fix this issue and he's continued to indicate they would come by to fix and never have. he even indicated they would not come out because there was a $200 balance (not true) as we have zero balance statements from them. After trying multiple times (as recently as last week), we are left with no option but to file a complaint, find someone to fix the outstanding issues and pursue legal remedy for the financial lose we incur as a result.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have been contacted by ***** and we have a tentative date of September 5 to fix and address the issues. When this is resolved, I am happy to remove the complaint. For now, the item is outstanding.
