    Ordered pulled salmon, chicken and egg rolls for Christmas after tasting some he catered for a bigger event. I was told by chef food would be delivered at noon. I was informed at noon that it was on the way soon. Was informed again at 2pm that I needed to bake the egg rolls to crisp them back up. And they will arrive now at 2:30 instead of original time of noon. Food was delivered all cold through a iuber or what ever delivery service. No slider buns no pulled salmon but mediocre salmon filets. When I brought it to blue chip catering the chef had an attitude as if I did something wrong. Told me I needed to chop it up my self and it was no different from the sliders I originally tasted at the event that was chopped salmon with a slight sweet taste delivered hot and and it wasnt. He sent me $45 back . Very disappointed with the food, service and poor attitude of the chef who refuses to accept accountability for his poor food quality and service. Dont waste your time or money as blue chip catering is very slack and will not value you as a customer. Totally regret entrusting them for my Christmas brunch. Big thick pieces of compound butter in the cold salmon. I could pick it up with my hand. Very unhealthy. Too place the blame on the paying customer is very sad.

    The customer was issued a partial refund of which she did receive. Also, there was never a time discussed for delivery at any point and most certainly no mention in any of our correspondence that it was needed at a specific time or what it was for. I use a delivery service and not only did that come out of my pocket but as stated she was also partially refunded for food that was very much edible. If it was as bad as stated, why not return it ? If our service and food is as bad as she says, why book with us after tasting our food at an event the previous week. This is nothing more than an attempt to slander my business to get money back for food that was consumed, it's not a renewable resource so if she would like to return the food I will gladly oblige further. As of right now, I will not be issuing any more of a refund than I already have at this point.

    I placed an order for catering with Bluechip Catering LLC on Nov. 28th, for an event on Dec 4th in *******,** for the amount of $420.00, $400.00 for the catering of chicken and waffles, to feed 200 people. $20.00 for delivery fee.. I sent it via Zelle payment through my bank, US Bank. The day of party 12/04/2022, I texted to confirm that the catering would be on time and in response I was told that he (owner *****) thought it was the next day. We came to an agreement that I would get a full refund even though it was a big inconvenience. It is now 12/10/2022 and I have yet to receive my refund. I have reached out, but no answer.
