  I used Keller to waterproof my basement in 2015 and was given a lifetime warranty. At the end of July 2023, my basement started leaking again. I called Keller, but it was after hours, so I left a message. The next morning, I called again. A man answered and quickly hung up when I said my name. I called back and could only get voice mail. I called the number I had listed as the owners cell phone and left a message. Online I found multiple phone numbers (all seeming to lead to the same voice mail) and duplicate company websites with varying contact information. Later, I received a text from his cell phone saying he missed my call. I responded with the issue. He texted he had a death in the family and was out of town and would call back. He called the following week saying the drainpipes could be clogged. I told him there were no pipes connected to the basement, just to my leaf guard gutter system. He said he was still out of town and to text him a copy of the contract and photo of the drainpipes. I did. He never responded back. The following week, I texted him asking when he can come. He responded he was still out of town and would look into it when he returned. I texted when will you be back? No response. Two days later I texted and emailed him requesting he scheduled an appointment, and that a business should not shut down due to one person unavailability. He replied he is selling a family home and only has two employees. He will call when he gets back. I texted when will you be back? He called, repeated what he said in the text, and stated he could not tell me when he would be back. I havent heard from him since. I never asked him for any explanations/excuses. All I wanted to know was when could he come out and address the problem, and that is the one question he refuses to answer.
