    We are highly pleased with the work Sterling Park Properties completed at our home. The home improvement enhancements of building a deck and creating a front porch with wheelchair accessibility was aesthetically pleasing and of high quality. These additions have contributed to the quality of life of my husband who recently experienced a life changing illness. All staff were professional and kind. The completion time from start to finish was acceptable even with weather challenges. Communication was ongoing, and most of all my level of trust of this company was high. I without hesitation highly recommend this company for home improvement projects.

    Great work on replacing drainpipe under my driveway. Complete and well done including new concrete in the driveway. Very competitive price and prompt service. Emmanuels team really took care to do the job right. Happy homeowner here. Definitely recommend Sterling Park!
