    I placed an order for a braiding gel on July 30, 2024. I never received the product or any shipping information. I made numerous attempts to contact the owner via email. I received a response on 8/24/24 apologizing for the delay as well as an offer to "resend" my order including an additional free gel for my inconvenience. As of 8/31/24, I did not receive any notification that anything was shipped. On 9/3/24, I messaged the owner on all social media channels requesting an immediate refund or the product tracking number as proof of shipping. I feel that I have been extremely patient with this business. I have given them an ample amount of time to resolve this matter. This is truly theft of services if I do not receive my refund of ***** or the actual product I ordered. My order number is *****.
