  Horrible experience all the way around and a complete waste of time. He told me he was ordering the glass for our window repair and it would take about a week. When I called back a week and half later and asked him where it was he lied and said he was actually needing to double check the measurements before he could order. I asked him what he had been doing for the past week and a half on our project and why he told us he was doing something that he wasn't doing and he said: "nothing".Very shady with pricing and extremely rude. I do not recommend.

  I have now hired MiniJobs multiple times and plan to work with them in the future. Ive had nothing but positive experiences working with them.MiniJobs has (among other things):-installed a new toilet (and installed a new power outlet near it for its bidet feature--cleverly routing the wires behind the baseboard to avoid making an unnecessary hole in the wall);-relocated various light switches and power outlets;-installed a dishwasher (the delivery person was supposed to install it but refused to, citing nonexistent complications), modifying my cabinet toe kick to accommodate it;-enclosed a portion of the entryway to my apartment to create two closets. (More on this below.)All of MiniJobs work was done efficiently and professionally. They consistently think through the job in advance and plan out the work before doing it.The closet work was especially tricky. It required extending an existing living room wall, and framing in some of the living room and entry area space to create two side-by-side closets. The closets needed to end up perfectly aligned, but the surfaces they had to work with were _not_ actually aligned. (Its hard to describe, but my point is, the work required careful measurement and planning before doing a thing.) And they nailed it. The space looks fantastic. You cannot tell where the living room wall used to endtheir extension is that perfect and seamless. Other ways MiniJobs is especially professional:- Accurately anticipating the materials needed (no running off to ********** mid-project); it's all shown in their detailed cost estimates - Protecting floors and other surfaces from damage; cleaning up thoroughly before leaving - When necessary to make holes in walls, they are super careful and they patch those holes beautifully. I expect to work with MiniJobs on pretty much all of my future home improvement projects. I recommend them to others without hesitation.
