Mr. ************************* ordered our product GlucoBerry on July 16, 2023, through our e-commerce partner ClickBank through our website, *************************************. Our records show the order, B45IHVHT, was shipped to ******************** via **** on July 18, 2023.

******************** contacted ClickBank on January 13, 2024, at 15:01 and was instructed to contact the seller as per our standard refund request requirements. ClickBank provided our contact information: *************************************/ **************.
We received ************************ only email on January 13, 2024, at 18:24 into our Zendesk support system. We advised that the refund request exceeded the 180-day Money-Back Guarantee based on his order date of July 16, 2023.

Our refund policy is clearly stated on our website and is located under our contact information Refund Policy. *************************************/refund-policy.php?
    180-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

"MD/Process hopes that every single customer is happy with their purchase. However, we understand that on occasions, the product may not be for you. We stand behind our 180-day money-back guarantee 100%. Simply return any remaining unopened bottles to us within 180 days of your order, and we will issue a full refund. Opened or empty bottles do not need to be returned. Please note: the guarantee term is based on the date of your order and not the delivery date."

We do our best to work with every customer, but unfortunately, ******************** elected to work with you, the BBB, instead of us. A follow-up email from him to us may have made the difference.

They did not respond to my email and when I called them, they hung up on me.Order: B45IHVHT The ad is on the homepage of their website themdprocess.com The merchants website states we give you a full six months to try any MD process product for yourself, completely risk-free, regardless of the package you choose. The business is giving its customers a full six month trial period of any of their products. In order for a customer to try their product, it has to be in the customers possession. The merchant states the product was shipped on July 18th, but it was not shipped overnight, so the product was most likely delivered to me a week later. On January 13th, I contacted click bank for a refund, but was informed they could not give me a refund because it was *************************************************************************************** process and I emailed them the same day. Four days later, I still hadnt received a response to my email. so, I called them and when I pointed out the fact that on the homepage of their own website, they state they give their customer a full six months to try any MD ********************** product. The lady I was talking to hung up on me.
