    *** Obligation to the maintenance and repair of lawns. * We pay monthly *** fees that go towards the clubhouse, pool and common areas.* I started asking to have my sod repaired in the summer of 2023 and have been asking since the Spring of 2024.* The answers I receive from our *** contact is that it has to be approved by the board. This is the answer homeowners get in response to all of our concerns.* Pansies were removed from the common areas and were never replaced with seasonal flowers. The same response from ********* @ *********************************** www.fieldstonerp.com Main Line: ********************** Direct: ************ * I find this as a breach of contract as the *** is supposed to maintain the landscaping in the subdivision and they are not doing so.* I would like to see my lawn repaired before the growing season is over for sod. I also have a dead/dying tree that needs to be replaced. * There are other trees that have died, been removed and never replaced in the subdivision.* Also, there are many yards in the subdivision like mine or ever worse.

    Fieldstone has been hired by this customer's ***** of ********* to manage this community by implementing decisions of the *****. Fieldstone does not have decision making authority to implement these requests, but, will continue to work with the ***** on the customer's behalf.

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    Fieldstone always passes the buck blaming the board while residents pay HOA fees every month for these services. Do these fees go to the board ?  We are left with no services being completed based on contract to maintain lawns. We need the names and contact info for board members if Fieldstone cannot do what they are hired to do!

    I am rejecting this response because:

    We pay HOA fees monthly.  Why have this company when they have absolutely no power.  Send this complaint to the board as well and get rid of Fieldstone as they are unable to resolve these issues.
