    On October 20, 2022 I had a consultation appointment with **************************** asked for $50 in advance for a consult fee. I can no longer get in touch with her by phone or email. her office is close all the time. when I do call, I get her machine. she called and canceled my consultation visit and never rescheduled, like she said she would. I think shes a fraud!

    On October 20th, **************** contacted ************ to let her know our office would need to reschedule her appointment for two weeks which would be November 3. **************** also mentioned to ************ that she could have a virtual appointment that day if she would prefer in which ************ declined. She was then told by **************** that our office would be in contact with her to get her appointment scheduled for November 3rd. ************ paid a $50 deposit via PayPal to secure the initial consultation fee of $150.00. This is required to protect us from no-shows and is applied to  care plans as a credit. On Monday, October 24 ************ sent an email to the office stating and I quote, "Good Morning, I would like to reschedule the consultation visit you canceled. I've paid for it and would like to receive what I paid for. I would hate to call Chanel 2 news. Be advised, *******************."

    The consultation fee is $150 not $50 - ************ paid a deposit. In addition, we run a busy office and we did not forget about ************ rescheduling. When I saw the email and showed ****************, **************** said she would contact ************ personally, offer a refund, and make sure her appointment is rescheduled. **************** called ************ on Thursday October 27th to let her know that we will issue her a refund on her deposit and offer to conduct her initial consultation complimentary all with the understanding of her frustration. I have attached the screenshots showing the refund was processed on the 27th and the rescheduling of her appointment being made on the 27th for November 3.

    In all of our years of being in practice - we have NEVER had an issue such as this. It is unfortunate and it is things like this that damage the reputation of reputable organizations. I would hope that with the date provided, you will dismiss this complaint and it will not negatively impact our business.

    As of yesterday, 10/27/22 the issue with ************* has been resolved.  Thank you for your speedy response.  I spoke to the Dr and my money has been refunded.
