    June 2024 I made a purchase of the 2 packages of detox for 14 days.Unfortunately, I would break out on my hands each time that i would try and I landed in the hospital. All I have been asking is a refund for the product $99.59.I have been refused. Being a senior on a fixed income I cannot afford to throw away $100.00.Also the purchase of Sea **** took so long and realizing i got sick from the detox, I asked that the Sea **** order be cancelled. At one point this company was very deceptive by printing out a label but failing to actually take the product to the carrier. This went on day after day. The Sea **** has arrived. I AM NOT OPENING THE PACKAGE AND RETURNING IT AS REFUSED TO THE **** PARCEL SELECT.I did my best not to file this complaint. The teaching is awesome but the products and arrival are not worth the chance. ************************* does not take calls. I have tried and tried.I simply want PayPal credit to be refunded all monies paid $93.90 with order no. HR109482 and $32.25 with order no. HR115166 2 Packages of 14 day herbal detox I have just been released from the hospital and will send the statements from PayPal and the emails supporting proof of purchase. Package of Sea **** from ********Please assist me with securing these funds.One do not know how damaging some of these products can be until it is taken.I am returning the unopen Sea **** and the majority of the products are in the two packages of teas as I simply cannot take these teas regardless of how much or how little.

    I apologize for your frustration but again, I am here to assist you in the best way possible. Your order was placed on Friday, 07/12 at 10pm. Our fulfillment center is closed on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Orders also take anywhere between 5-7 business days to process, however, your order was processed in 3-4 as your shipping label was created on 07/18. The postal service delivery truck picked your order up on 07/19. This pickup was through the shipping partner, DHL, and **** was awaiting the item from them. Per our policy, once an order leaves our facility and is in the possession of the postal courier, we are no longer responsible or in control of the package or how long it takes for delivery, as that is not our department. That issue would have to be rectified with the shipping courier. According to the tracking information, it states that your order is in *******, ** on its way to the shipping partner facility, as of yesterday (I've attached the tracking number below). Now as far as the products, I sincerely apologize for the reaction you've encountered from the detox. If you experience any kind of allergic reaction, we suggest to stop ingesting as soon as possible. According to the policy and due to the fact that these items are consumable, we do not accept returns for the safety of our staff or issue refunds, but I will check with upper management regarding your reaction with the detox, specifically. With the sea ****, we will not be able to accept it as a return or process a refund due to the fact that the order has been shipped and is a consumable product that hasn't been ingested yet. Again, I will double check with upper management regarding the order of the detox. However, I see that the detox order was purchased in June. Did you reach out prior to now regarding the allergic reaction you experienced? Looking forward to your reply! Thanks.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The **** has forwarded the return of the Sea **** because the company had placed a demand
    for the return on the package. The info the doctor gives is supreme but the business practices are
    questionable.
     
    They have received the Sea **** back as requested not opened.
     
    I have filed for refunds for both with ****** ...a total of about $130.00.
     
    It is my understanding that Dr. ***** may not be aware of these poor business actions.
     
    I reject the response. Now the *** may be involved.
     
    Many emails were sent to let this company know that I would not accept the Sea **** and that
    it would be returned unopened. This I did.
     
    Emails were sent as well of the rash and how I cannot take the detox and that as a senior, 74, low
    income, that I could not afford this product which I simply cannot take.
     
    Once again, the info the doctor give is so on point; the business itself is lacking...
