      I have called Aveanna directly more times than I would like to count. It seems that there is a disconnect/lack of communication between their intake team and our insurance company. I have been trying to get prescription formula for my baby with a cow milk protein allergy for about 3 weeks now and every form they have sent to my insurance has either been filled out incorrectly or has been the wrong form. If you need to go through Aveanna for any reason, I would recommend calling at least twice a day until your situation has been resolved because they won't reach back out to you, even though they say that they will.

      NOT PATIENT FRIENDLY. They do not read ANYTHING sent in through the app. They DO NOT read any emails sent in for monthly orders. They WAIT until you call in and fight with them to actually place a monthly order. This company is NOT WORTH the time or effort spend each and every month to get my daughters supplies. If you have a choice, which we don't, CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY for special needs supplies (incontinence, and enteral supplies).
