    The company had a nail go through my ceiling where the internal roof with sheet rock broke inside as they were hammering nails on the roof.... They need to fix this issue

    Good afternoon, we replaced the roofs on 13 townhomes in ******** and yes we had 2 nails to ****** the ceiling of Mr ******* and his neighbor.

    We did go over to take a look at both units and once we discovered the damages we coordinated a day and time to repair the nail pop that was in each 2 units.

    They both have been repaired and both homeowners was very pleased with the work and the professionalism of our immediate customer service

    On 1/13/23 I meet and signed a contract with ****** ****** (WBN), in accordance with AAA ********************* to repair my home from hurricane winds. All of the repairs have been completed, however he has not been paid in full because my ***************** is reviewing the Certificate Of Completion, regarding higher costs submitted by him.My issue is a letter sent to me from Attorney ********************************** , representing ******************* for a loan of $16,349.62, that *************************, is responsible for.I did not sign or give him permission to use my name as Account Debtor ,on his loan.This is a fraud.

    Hello,yes we did have a signed contract with ******************** and completed all of the work that was on the scope from the insurance company.. Yes I did put in for a small loan from ****************** for the loan.
    They started to take more money out of my account as agreed and I stopped the payment until we got our payments corrected and then they started sending mail to my family and some clients as they sent to my client as a way to humiliate me which was pretty cold and should be illegal for them to do that.

    I would never put a client  or anyone on a loan of mines without their consent and to do that they wouldve requested her proof of id and much more.

    I do apologize for this mishaps and value my place on the BBB as rated A+ and wouldnt jeopardize it nor my livelihood for any foolishness.
    I hope that myself and client can rectify this situation because we had a great relationship before this. At this moment myself and debtor has came to a common grounds on agreed payments so we can put this to rest.

    Thank you for providing a professional platform that if its any problem or misunderstanding between homeowners and business owners we have a mediator to help resolve the issue.
