He was dismissive, and unresponsive and never kept his agreement to remedy the problems.Request: Bury the wiring as originally sold as part of the service Utilize quality products as originally sold to justify the cost Upgrade the electrical to make it capable of safely allowing brighter lighting The project the business was hired to do is to install landscape lighting to make my home better-lit and safer. The scope of work was to use high-quality products (per the owner - high-quality heavy metal, which is a selling tool to justify the pricing); install and bury electrical/wiring, and ensure the electrical and exterior lighting was complete and well functioning. ******, the owner used second-rate materials, and upon inspection from a more reputable company, he installed an electrical system that was not powerful enough to supply sufficient lighting. Additionally, ****** left the wiring above ground instead of buried as promised. This was a critical part of the service that is non-negotiable because my landscaping company mistakenly cut the wiring from my previous system. I made numerous attempts to contact the owner, ***********************, to have him correct and complete the job but he has been unresponsive.
