    I have reach out to this business on several occasions with out any luck they are trying to force me to pay more on my bill than I can afford each month, I have them set up on a payment plan through my online bill pay from my credit union they continue to not acknowledge my payments saying that I have to set a online payment plan on there site which is more than what I can pay them each month, I had a balance of $1000 and now its down to $875 now they are sending me threatening notices that they are going to send my bill to a collection agency when I am clearly paying my bill down I am tried of being bully by these people and need them to understand that I can only pay what I can afford and to acknowledge the payments that are being sent to them.
