    My issue is with Guestics handling of two serious incidents during my recent stay. On the fourth night, Friday May 23 at around 10 PM, water began pouring from a ceiling light fixture in the hallway. The water was yellowish brown and clearly unsanitary. I called Guestic customer support, and they told me repairs and cleanup would be completed by 9 AM the next day. They blamed the problem on tenants above us and refused to take responsibility. A patch in the ceiling indicated that this issue had happened before and was not properly addressed.I woke early the next morning to let the crew in, but no one arrived by 9 AM. By 4 PM, the mess was still there, and it was not cleaned until later that night. Letting the crew in disrupted my privacy and peace of mind. On the seventh night, Monday May 26 around 9 PM, the same issue happened again. Water once again poured from the light fixture and ran down the wall. The water was the same yellowish brown color. This time, the crew did not arrive until noon the next day. Again, I had to give up my ********** no point did Guestic offer alternative accommodations. Due to financial limitations, we were forced to stay in a unit with water damage and sanitation concerns. **************** was unhelpful and dismissive throughout. Their explanations changed multiple times, from blaming a running tap to blaming a faulty laundry drain. They refused to offer any refund or compensation, despite the fact that the entire experience was disrupted. My time was consumed with calls, waiting for crews, and dealing with the mess.Guestic failed to maintain the property, and failed to make things right. I expect a formal response and compensation .
