    June 6, 2024, is by far one of the most horrible experiences that Ive ever endured with any hotel stay. Being that I deal with a disability this was extremely depressing for me. This was supposed to be an enjoyable vacation and college stay for myself, my daughter, her mother and stepfather. My daughter and I arrived in Atlanta for her college stay thinking that we were going to get checked in the hotel quickly since we booked it in advance, but that wasnt the case, were told it would be a minute because there were no clean rooms, well that minute turned into forty five minutes for us and several guess waiting and just sitting around looking at one another while rooms became available. Around breakfast, I noticed two guys preparing the meal, but Im pretty sure everybody noticed them due to the loud music and the loud profanity that they were repeatedly using. So, from Thursday to Saturday the breakfast was never prepared correctly. The sausage links were not hot, the hash browns were not fresh, it appeared as if they were leftovers from the prior morning. The entire time of our stay my daughter never ate breakfast. Sunday, we decided to eat breakfast somewhere else. On June 08, 2024, my daughters mother and stepfather checked in with ******* and were giving a key to their room (303). As we began to access their room, we noticed that it was completely trashed. Food was scattered all over the floor, the sheets were not properly on the bed, they were on the couch. Cabinet doors were wide open throughout the room. The room was not what they reserved. Her mother and stepfather reserved a room with a roll in shower. Both of his legs and right hand were amputated, so a roll in shower amenity was mandatory. That was the main reason that we all chose this hotel. My daughters mom spoke back with *******, he informed her that a room with a roll in shower wasnt available and there wasnt anything that he could do. We were all applauded by his disingenuous behavior.

    July 14th 2020 the homewood suites charged me muliple times and has yet to adjust my charges and my account is in the negative $850
