      I was an employee at the ******** ms location. While I was working there I was a great employee and never had an write up or warnings. I had began to notice my hours getting altered or deleted. I than took to the district manager *****, and nothing was done. I then began to notice that the gm, ******* had began flirting with me and asking me out on date and making excuses for me to be at work even though the things she was asking me to do was for the maintenance guy. The maintenance guy was always calling out and having some emergency and could not do it. So, once she realized I was taking these complaints to the d.manager, then she began finding any reason to replace me. Then, it became obvious to myself and other employees she had began stealing money and allowing people to have a room with out paying and when it came time for me to do my rounds, people would be in rooms not marked for stay. I would call her and she would give me some excuses for it and then blame me to other employees as if I had done it. Then, my last week there an employee had read texts from the work phone and automatically accused me of the text and with out any cause or reason or even investagation into the issue, I was terminated. I believe the cause for it was that the two people in the office ******* and ******** was seeing that I had found out they were allowing people to stay without pay and/or pocketing the money without putting them in the computer. So, without any notice I was terminated and have nothing to fall back on and was told had 24-hours to leave the Property or police would be called. Now, they arent even going to pay out my 60 hours of vacation time I accured in the 10 months I had been working for them. I have worked for this company almost a year and this is how they think of me? Please help.

      I recently stayed at Intown Suites in *********, **. I had ********** reservations so upon check in I ask to see the room they was giving me. I checked the room out and it had mold in it. I went and notified the manager **** and I was like can I get another room no he didnt want to b/c I book through a 3rd party which is wasnt true he finally called his boss and they gave me another room higher price and required a deposit. So when I checked out I waited a few day to see if my deposit was return and no. I called back he stated that they mailed me a check out on June 8, 2022 b/c it couldnt go back to my card I have yet received a check for my refund. I have email the company serveral time and yet no one has called me and they said they would reach back out within 72 hours. I tried to handle it before contacting the BBB.

      Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond. This guest checked out without telling us or giving us any notice. Management kept her deposit because she damaged the room she was in. Management did call her the day she checked out and informed her that she was not getting deposit back due to the damages. She stated she was going to call a lawyer and call corp office as well. This guest smoked in a premium nonsmoking room as well as broke the shower rod out of the wall.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      First of all I dont smoke so I know thats a bunch of bull c*** And as far tearing down a shower curtain being tore down I know that a lie. Why would I damage property and I know I could have been charge. And as far as didnt give a notice of checking out when I made reservations I check in and gave a check out date so what more did they need I paid for the days I was staying. I called back to the hotel spoke with ***************** behind because of these allegations made against with are all lies. Stating he never talked to me. I called him on several occasions about my refund. He talking about his ******************* called me with is a lie because when I asked to talk to somebody above him he never would give me a number thats when I had to send messages to Intown Suites and someone was suppose to contact me 72 hours after I made the complaint which all I got was a messages stating call the local hotel, why keep calling there and didnt get anything resolved. I want to speak with someone from corporate about this issue ASAP. **************

      I am rejecting this response because:
      This company is real pitiful b/c they really believe their manager over that building and didnt even try to reach out to the customer but I know one thing God sits hi and he looks low. If keeping that $50 going to keep them in business then I hate to see how many more customers done had to deal with this company and their lies. A shame a low down shame.
