    Ordered October 10, 2022 and hae been waiting every since for the order, they have stoped responding and won't refund me the money Everytime i email they keep stalling.I want my $1600 back from this garbage owners

    I placed an order with this company on August 14, 2022. The product that I ordered was not available anymore and there was nothing else that I wanted to order. I have been promised my refund since October 15,2022 within 7 business days. Each time that I email this company, they keep telling me to be patient, I have even spoken with the owner ***** and was promised my refund. I think I have been very patient with this company with no refund to my account as of yet. My order number with them is, ****. The last message from them is that they apologize that an issue was out of their control ad that they have made amends to do the refund, which was already put into process, and again they are asking me to be patient with them, this was on 11/26/2022. All I want is my refund of, $68.21. Thank you
