    Hello, My name is ******* ******. I booked a party for my son who was turning 12 at iFly in Atlanta, ** on March 8, 2025. The party was scheduled for 4pm but they asked everyone to arrive 15 minutes early. As we were on the was to iFly we encountered traffic which caused us to be late. This was no ordinary traffic, we were at a stand still. It was a accident. Not only was I late but my whole party was late, being that we all live on the same side of town, we all encountered the same traffic. I called to inform the staff that we were going to be late and i was put on hold and after about 10 minutes I hung up. When I called back, I was placed on hold again. When I arrived at iFly around 4:40 I was greeted with nasty attitudes and unprofessionalism.They said they could not help me because i was late and the best they do was reschedule me for 8:30pm which was 4 hours later. I asked to speak with a manger, and she was very rude and unprofessional as well. When I asked for a refund, they said all they could give me was $40 out of $1,376.94 My son and his friends were very upset about the situation, so I had to go down the street to another venue and pay for my son to have a birthday party, I had to repay for admission, food, drinks, cake, all at another place because they didn't allow outside food. After emailing and calling back and forth with iFly, they still did not want to give me my full refund of $1,376.94. All they wanted to do was reschedule the party, which I did not want because the way I was treated was unacceptable. I will never return there. They only gave me back $500 which I did not agree too. I want my full refund.

    IFly sells indoor skydiving packages. I purchased a 3 person/2 flights each package in 2019. The IFly company has always maintained that the purchase of any package never expires.I am now being told that the company cannot honor my purchase due to a computer system change. Violation of "purchase never expires".
