    DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. My business was transferred to them and it has been horrible. The customer service is non existent and the lack of responsiveness is unbelievable. ********** is unresponsive to any communication I have sent and is always unavailable to speak to customers. ************************* works in the office and has been rude, unresponsive and certainly does not seem interested in providing any level of customer service. My neighbors recommended the previous owner of the agency (never had a problem) and once the business was sold to *************************** agency, they also cancelled- all because the customer service in the office is so bad. There are too many options for good insurance agencies deal with this. I am now filing a complaint with the insurance commission because I suspect they billed me fraudulently.

    This place is the worst for customer service ??. They dont return phone calls nor try to get you answers to your questions. I have been trying to settle business with them since mid-January.
