    I had auto insurance at the **** Carzoli Allstate office. I've had no issues until recently I was checking my bank account and realized my insurance deduction had doubled this month, so I called to inquire about the change. I was informed that my son was added to my policy by mistake and some additional info. was needed from me to confirm he has his own auto insurance policy. I provided his State Farm policy I.D. card and they also asked for my home owners insurance declaration page, which I also provided. Allstate informed me that my son was removed from my auto policy and they decided the company wasn't going to give me a refund. I was shocked and confused of why Allstate was taking this stance on a situation that was clearly their fault. They informed me that they are going to take the difference of the overpay to spread over the duration of the auto policy. No one asked me how I'd like to resolve the matter or If I was fine with them resolving the situation in this manner. I felt disrespected in many ways, but the major two that sticks out to me is there was no phone call or email to convey the change that took place within my policy and when called out on their error, they decided within the company of how to handle my refund without my input. Totally disrespectful to a customer that was paying on time each month. I also asked about them sending me the difference of my normal payment as a resolution which was around $249.00, they refused.
