On Thursday January 11th I met with Alexis and Taylor as they made an assessment of my newly purchased condo. February 9th a one-page PDF of a floor plan was emailed to my Gmail account. I expressed my disappointment in what was provided given the deposit that I paid ($5,500.00). Subsequently, on February 13, 2024, Alexis and Taylor terminated our contract stating that they logged ***** hours into my project and per said contract they would mail a refund for $553.75. On that same date I replied to their email stating that there was a miscalculation and that I was actually due $1,003.75. On February 14, 2024, they replied that I was correct and that another check was sent in the amount of $450.00 to cover the difference. On March 3, 2024, I emailed them to state that I have yet to receive the check and the next day I received a reply stating that the check was cancelled and another one was issued and would arrive by March 11, 2024. Needless to say, I never received the check. On March 21, 2024, I sent another email stating that I never received the check for $450.00. I received a reply that the check was processed on March 11th but it was not cashed and that they would contact the bank and cancel or issue a new check. Needless to say, this seems a bit out of control and I'm not confident that I will receive my total refund. Therefore, I am seeking your assistance. Thank you.
