    I paid almost $500 to my account. When I followed up with this company they could not provide me information on where my money was even after it came out of my bank account. The customer service that I had to experience with the multiple agents was absolutely horrendous of how I was treated. I was then told to take my equipment into my local store and once I done that I would receive new and updated equipment. Once I returned the equipment I was told by the local store representative that they had removed all of my equipment prior to me even returning my equipment and that he couldn’t reinstate me with new equipment. The store representative is absolutely at no fault here he was actually helpful. The call in customer service on the other hand was terrible especially “John” he wouldn’t provide me with any further information on himself so I could make a proper complaint. He was rude and would talk over me not letting me speak at all. I try to be a patient person but when being disrespected directly to my face as he was being left me with no option but to raise my voice and speak accordingly to him. I feel as if this is not a proper way to speak or treat a customer especially being that I have been with this company for well over 5 years paying an absurd amount of money for basic services.
