    I made a complaint several months ago with BBB about *** over charging me. They took away my discounts on my services. Which made my bill higher. I asked the *** representatives about more promotions to apply to my bill. But they give me free channels and took them back. Once I spoke with the manager. Which is very bad customers. 05/01/2025 contacted **** about paying my bill. I made a payment of $150.00. The representative told me that they were going to disconnect my service tomorrow. I'm a veteran from active military service. There are programs at *** Communcation if you receive Veteran's Pension you can pay $30 a month for internet service. The manager that I spoke with from the last complaint about ***. Didn't tell me about these services. Where I can lower my bill but wanted to just prove me wrong. Instead of providing good customer service. All the customer services representatives and managers I spoke too. Didn't offer me this program they even didn't tried to question me. To see if I qualify for any of the lower payment plan services.

    My daughter and I were on speakerphone when were told that we were only going to pay $89.99 with no contract. A month later I get a **** for $169.99 and was told the $89.99 was only for month.I was never told this at the time of sign-up or I was going to have a contract. I never sign nothing. I was never told I would have contract and the fee was going to increase after a month. I try to communicate this with customer service but my complaint was ignored and not even noted. I still have balance of $ 91 dollars which I should not have to paid because they are charging me for early cancellation fee. I think their license should be revoke for their dishonesty and how they charge customers for services they did not even want.
