    I have received an email in November 2022 from my child school that based on our income we have qualified for a free tablet with wireless internet at no charge to us to use for him and just need to sign up, after i did and went to the even to receive the tablet, I found out my ACP discount for my internet we use at home has been transfer to Culture wireless AKA Moolah wireless, I didn't know prior to this they would require to transfer my Acp discount to them, I transferred my ACp back to my current internet provider but each month Culture wireless keeps transferring my ACP discount to them without my consent, i sent email to stop my service with culture wireless no respond and i tried to call but their phone number in their website is to different wireless company keeps, i contacted ACP program agent and got their phone number still i cant get a hold of anyone and asking me to leave a voicemail with no returning my calls, all i want is to terminate my service with culture wireless but i cant get a hold of them by any means

    Our company name is Culture Wireless Group, LLC.  We in no way affiliated with Moolah Wireless.  This complaint is referencing Culture Wireless **** which is doing business as (dba) Moolah Wireless.  Moolah Wireless is committing a trade dress infringement to create confusion between the two companies.

    4/13/23 was the transaction date $72 was paid In exchange for discounted wifi through the state ACP program Nature of dispute is wifi service never rendered for payment of $72.00
