    Worst internet internet company in the world. The customer service *****. They only opened Monday to Friday, 12 noon noon till 2 PM. They're closed on weekends. So if your internet goes down you are screwed. it takes some roughly an hour and a 1/2. To pick up the phone if you're lucky. Internet goes down at least three times a month And they say they're working on it so you're You're down internet all the time

    We acknowledge the month credit issued in December 2023 due to frequent building outages and sincerely regret the recent challenges. Regarding your concerns about customer service hours, we understand their significance, and it's important to note that we have alternative communication channels in place. Our ticketing system allows you to submit issues, and our phone system includes a voicemail prompt for property-wide outages. These additional avenues complement our service, making extended phone hours unnecessary.

    During our recent conversation, we suggested considering alternative internet providers, emphasizing that your plan with IMNisp is residential class, not business class. We also highlighted that building infrastructure issues can change over time and are beyond our control.

    We are committed to addressing technical challenges, enhancing our service, and we work towards a more stable experience.
