    Paid for overnight shipping and its been 2 weeks and nothing. How is this place allowed to operate like this? Phone does not work or email!! Stay away from this site.

    I ordered a item March 3 and paid 50 something dollars for 2 day delivery and nothing has came yet not responding number send to voice mail and its to full you cant leave any more and yea thats where we are at now.

    I have not received my order there was no tracking number I have cald the help line # and just get a recording I paid extra for shipping and it has been 2 weeks and nothing they need to be shut down they ****** me out of 160$ don't need to do this to anyone else

    Transaction was February 20, 2024. Made 120 dollar order. Nothing from them at all. They just took the money and ran. No response from the help line. No body answers. No return email. No order receipt or tracking number. I just want to write this so I can say f*** them and if I find you a****** I'll get my money worth then.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Massive Dynamics regarding an online purchase I made on December 2, 2023. Despite paying $99.00 for my order, which was deducted from my bank account three days later as evidenced by my bank statement, I have yet to receive the purchased item as of today, January 4, 2024.My attempts to contact Massive Dynamics have been in vain. I have tried reaching out through their online contact form, email, and even the customer service number provided on their website and invoice sent to my email. Unfortunately, all my attempts to establish communication have been met with silence. This lack of response is deeply concerning and raises doubts about the legitimacy of Massive Dynamics' operations.Given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund of the $99.00 I paid for the purchase order. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to seek legal assistance to protect my rights. It is imperative that Massive Dynamics be held accountable for their actions, and appropriate measures should be taken to address this issue. Furthermore, I believe it is necessary for their website to be removed, as it appears to be either a scam or a platform used to defraud unsuspecting customers like myself.I appreciate your attention to this matter and your assistance in resolving this dispute.     Ordered a product from massive dynamics not only have I not been able to get ahold of anyone not even once, I have yet to receive anything I. My email other than the receipt that I paid 139.40$ for my product. The shipping fee alone was 50$. This place is a scam and taking peoples money somehow and leaving a way for banks not to give us our money backs either. This place should be shut down!

    I ordered from this business November 28, 2023 for $99.95 and I have yet to receive the order as the company will not respond to email, or phone calls, or the only chat with a broken link.     I placed an order 3 weeks ago and still have not even received a confirmation email or anything. They wont answer the phone or call or email back. Its a scam website!

    I pursued a wizzanator on 06/26/2023 and have not received my product or money back I have been contacting this company several times and get no response..
