    1/17/25 signed contract with Save By The Bell Irrigation to do Landscaping owner ***** **** work to start 33 of 25. He worked three days approximately not getting fullof things done. Just bits and pieces messed up one homeowners yard and agreed to show back up on Saturday with a full crew and dida no call no show which for his contract after he had already taken a first draw of $3025.60 I agree OK for what little work he yeah but hes not entitled to full amount and we have tried repeatedly to contact him to no avail except for last Friday in todays date being the 18th or 17th Thanksgiving he the phone realized it was me ahead of ***. My name is **** ****** and he hung up the phone subsequently cannot get no phone calls to himnor has he returned the rest of the draw that he did not earn. Im willing to entertain him getting paid for what he did do but hes not entitled to the full amount and I need help Iwork for a 55 and above community and these people do not have money to waste. I dont make any money from them. Im a resident thereas well. Please help.***************** This is jams bell phone#

    Were sorry for the inconvenience, but the weather has been preventing us from completing work this week. We did not void contract. We were threatened while trying to complete the work and I talk to you about the problem, but I keep getting awful text messages to my business company phone.
