    May 23, 2023 I paid $2,600.00 to have Zenth Zoysia sod placed in my yard. Several areas of sod did not grow and I asked that those areas be replaced with new sod, Over the period of June 20, 2023 and July 21, 2023 i was given repeated promises that the sod would be replaced however as of today nothing has been done. At one point they said that they would need to go out of state to find the replacement sod (Zenth Zoysia) and it was not available locally. I called the ******* Farmers Market in *********************** ******* and was told that they had it in stock. I finally agreed to have ******* sod installed instead and nothing has been done. I have been beyond patient and all I get are promises and no action. I'm requesting a refund of $500.00 dollars to hire a contractor to finish job. I have lost all trust in this company.

    Hi!

    Could you walk me through the right way to do this? This is new to me so just figuring it out. I do believe we owe him a refund but I'm not convinced it's $500 worth.

    We can acknowledge and accept that we failed to handle this matter in a timely issue. My subcontractor had difficulties with the customer and was interested in returning to finish the work but it took him longer than anticipated. We're happy to offer $250 to help with the remaining sod that needs to be installed. This will cover the few pieces of sod needed to replace the dead spots and also help cover for the extended amount of time the issue has lingered on with. Thank you.
