    My nextdoor neighbor started using this company in September 2022 for weekly yard care. The cutting/mowing/blowing crew immediately began depositing yard debris onto my property. They blew grass clippings 6" in height into my front yard mulch bed. They used their commercial blowers up against my privacy fence to make the leaves rise above the fence and come to rest in my yard. They directly blew leaves into the creek that runs behind my property as well as mounding the leaves up at the edge of the creek on my property. I told the crew not to deposit yard debris onto my property. Their response was to stop at my driveway when they were leaving, honk their truck horn to get my attention and shout what I can presume to be epithets in Spanish at me. I wrote a letter to the owner of the company, Mr. ************************************** making him aware of the situation. I received no response.

     I do apologize of this this is not professional for our crew to be doing. I will definitely look into it investigating.  As far as a letter no we did not receive any letter to our business nor a phone call. Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because: "look into it investigating" is not a satisfactory response to this issue. I would like to hear what, if any steps have been taken to assure me that this crew will no longer dump yard debris into my yard nor will they continue to dump yard debris into the creek behind my home. I would like to hear what, if any steps have been taken to assure me that the crew's thuggish behavior towards me personally will not reoccur. Additionally, I would like no further telephone messages from your office manager like the nasty one I received yesterday in which it was suggested that I was at fault because the letter I sent to the posted address on Infantry Landscaping's website was supposedly not received and that I had not called them.
